You may return items with defects (items that do not satisfy quality requirements due to the manufacturer's fault) or items that do not conform with your order for replace within 30 days from the date of purchase (that is, from the day when the invoice was issued). Please, specify the reason you are returning your order and the date you are posting it.

We do not accept "Baltijos linai" catalogues and purchases back.

You have the right to request an item to be returned to "Baltijos linai" and replaced by another item on the following conditions:

1. The item and the package must have the primary marketable appearance, that is, they must be unused;

2. The items must be accompanied by documents to prove that they were purchased in our shop, that is, our invoice must be returned;

3. Claims must be submitted within 30 calendar days from the date of purchase.
The postal services for return of the item to "Baltijos linai" shall be paid for by the purchaser; the postal services for sending the replacement items to the purchaser shall be paid for by "Baltijos linai".
